Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the structural design of our landmark developments across Cyprus. You’ll work on high-rise residential and mixed-use projects from concept through to completion, collaborating closely with architects, MEP engineers and site teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural analysis and design for residential and mixed-use projects
- Produce and review calculations, drawings, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with Eurocodes and local building regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MSc preferred)
- 7+ years of structural design experience, ideally in residential development
- Proficiency with structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and reinforced concrete design
- Excellent communication skills in English; Greek a plus
Nice to Have
- Chartered status (or working towards)
- Experience with tall-building and seismic design
