Our flagship Limassol tower has reached its full height. The topping-out of Residence Altair marks the completion of its structural frame — all 42 storeys — and the beginning of façade installation and interior fit-out.
The milestone was celebrated on site with the project team, contractors, and partners who have brought the development from foundation to skyline over the past two years. Residence Altair will deliver 168 premium apartments, ranging from one-bedroom homes to penthouses, each designed around light, space, and panoramic sea views.
A New Landmark for Limassol
Rising above the city’s evolving waterfront, the tower has been engineered to the highest seismic and sustainability standards. Double-height communal spaces, landscaped sky gardens, and a residents’ wellness floor anchor the building’s amenity offering.

With the structure complete, attention now turns to the building envelope. The bespoke curtain-wall system — selected for both thermal performance and a distinctive faceted profile — will be installed floor-by-floor over the coming months.
